Job summary

Donaldson Company is seeking a Punch Press Operator for our Greeneville, TN facility on 2nd shift (3:00PM - 11:30PM). You will safely set up and operate punch press equipment to produce stamped metal liners and blanks meeting specs and schedules.

The role requires reading blueprints, performing quality checks, and maintaining accurate production documentation while supporting CI and safety initiatives in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• Read blueprints and routing sheets to manage production.
• Perform quality inspections and ensure customer specifications.
• Maintain safety and PPE compliance on the line.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate punch press equipment to form liners and blanks.
• Changeovers with minimal line stoppages.
• document scrap, returns, and safety checks accurately.
