Job summary

Flowserve Corporation is seeking a Customer Product Repair Mechanic to disassemble, repair, and assemble a range of equipment including high energy actuators, pumps, and decoking gear. You will use inspection tools to assess wear, prepare quotes, and ensure proper tagging and prep prior to shipment.

The role requires reading prints and following detailed work instructions. You will work with team leads and coordinators to meet tight schedules, perform precision measurements, and maintain safety

Qualifications

• Must own set of personal SAE hand tools and a roll-around toolbox.
• Able to read and interpret prints, shop drawings, and other written work instructions.
• Stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds with proper motion.
• Willing to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as the business dictates.
• Experience with electrical wiring or mechanical assembly is required.

Responsibilities

• Follow pre-job brief, policies, and checklists prior to DCI and assembly.
• Independently inspect, repair, and assemble components and equipment and complete documentation.
• Take pictures of the DCI and assembly process and document component condition.
• Interface with service coordinator, production planners, and customers as needed.
• Follow routers and assembly procedures; perform quality inspections with precision tools.
