Flowserve Corporation is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Quick Response Center (QRC) Manager to lead site operations in Pasadena, ensuring end-to-end execution for pumps, seals, and rotating equipment. You will drive throughput, safety, and customer satisfaction while guiding a diverse, multidisciplinary team.

You will apply Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen principles to eliminate bottlenecks, optimize repair scopes, and improve on-time delivery.

Qualifications

8–10+ years in manufacturing or aftermarket repair operations.
3–5+ years in direct supervisory or site management.
Experience with pumps, mechanical seals, or rotating equipment.
Proven Lean, Six Sigma, 5S/6S, Kaizen improvements.
Experience with ERP/MRP and Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

Direct all daily manufacturing, assembly, machining, testing, and aftermarket repair operations for rotating equipment, pumps, and mechanical seals to maximize throughput and efficiency.
Champion an uncompromising safety-first culture and enforce ISO quality management systems.
Recruit, mentor, and develop direct labor and supervisory personnel; build succession planning.
Develop and manage site P&L including labor, costs, CapEx, and budget control.
Drive continuous improvement to reduce backlog and improve OTD, safety, and productivity.
Collaborate with regional and finance teams to ensure accurate quotations and seamless order execution.
