Job summary

Sulzer is seeking a Repair Coordinator in Santa Fe Springs, CA. You will own repair jobs end-to-end, coordinate shop scheduling, parts, and engineering input to ensure on-time delivery.

You will maintain SAP records, produce inspection documentation, and communicate with customers about scope changes and delivery dates. The role requires 3+ years in repair coordination or related operations, strong English communication, and the ability to read drawings and BOMs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in repair shop coordination or related operations.
• Strong written and verbal English communication with customers.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and BOMs; basic mechanical knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned repair jobs end-to-end from entry to delivery.
• Coordinate shop scheduling, parts, and resources with leads and manager.
• Maintain SAP data: status, milestones, hours, materials, costs, delivery dates.
• Communicate job status and changes with customers; document inspections.
