Job summary
Grundfos is seeking an Engineer, Support Specialist in the USA to act as the internal contact for strategic accounts within Commercial Building Services. You will resolve complex inquiries, ensure order fulfillment, and grow long-term customer relationships.
The role demands technical pump product knowledge, and collaboration with Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain. Hybrid work setup and opportunities to leverage SAP, CRM, Power BI are offered.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field with 5+ years pump industry experience
- Proficiency with SAP R/3 or S/4HANA and CRM platforms preferred
- Strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel (macros, VLOOKUP), PowerPoint, and Power BI
- Authorization to work in the USA without employer sponsorship
Responsibilities
- Serve as the dedicated internal support contact for strategic accounts across the full order-to-delivery lifecycle
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive sales growth and customer engagement
- Process and manage complex orders and coordinate changes to improve delivery efficiency
- Organize and deliver training and onboarding for strategic account employees and provide CSSC materials
- Collaborate with Sales, Regional Managers, Finance, and Supply Chain to resolve disputes proactively
- Promote Grundfos digital self-help tools and report on account performance and risks
