Flowserve is seeking a skilled Customer Product Repair Mechanic to teardown, inspect, recondition, and assemble rotating equipment in a fast-paced Quick Response Center. You will handle pumps, actuators, and related hardware, with emphasis on precision, safety, and uptime for critical customers.

Eligibility requires 3–5 years of hands-on experience, ability to read blueprints, and proficiency with precision measurement tools.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years hands-on repair of rotating equipment, pumps, or mechanical machinery.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings, cross-sections, routers, and checklists.
• Proficiency with precision measurement tools and documenting fits/clearances.
• Basic electrical knowledge and wiring understanding.
• Owns a standard personal toolbox and basic hand tools.
• Microsoft Office skills and familiarity with work orders.

Responsabilidades

• Disassemble, inspect, recondition and rebuild rotating equipment and pumps.
• Perform DCI, document wear and failure modes, photograph parts per checklist.
• Set up and use micrometers, calipers and dial indicators to verify fits.
• Operate balancing equipment to balance rotating assemblies.
• Conduct pressure tests and QA testing per procedures.
• Safely operate cranes, hoists and forklifts on site.
• Finish and prep machinery for shipment to customers.
• Collaborate with planners, engineers and customers on status.
