Ohio CAT Rental Store is seeking a Rental Coordinator to be the primary contact for customers, sales staff, and internal teams. You will coordinate rental sales and support services, ensuring smooth information flow for the equipment rental fleet and handling all reservations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Three years of experience in customer service, preferred experience in heavy equipment and/or equipment rental.
• Previous experience with Pump Rental and Trench/Shoring Safety equipment required
• Excellent computer skills — proficiency in MS Office required.
• General knowledge of rental equipment and services offered preferred.

Responsibilities

• Primary point of contact for customers, sales personnel, and other company personnel at the CAT Rental Store.
• Coordinate rental sales and support services, communication, and information flow for the equipment rental fleet.
• Determine customer rental needs and handle all corresponding rental reservations.
