Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Pump and Power Foreman to lead projects involving setup and teardown of Pump & Power equipment, including bypass pumping, generators, power distribution, and environmental controls.

This role requires regular travel, strong leadership, planning, and project management skills to work with an incredible team and deliver successful results on time and within safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Basic Equipment knowledge and troubleshooting across pumps, generators, power distribution, A/C, heater, and shoring.
• Strong Mechanical background in a related industry.
• Proven leadership skills with a track record of success.
• Construction background is preferred and beneficial.
• Excellent time management and ability to plan and execute projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach project teams during pump and power projects.
• Create project plans and ensure execution with the crew.
• Delegate tasks to achieve daily goals.
• Represent Sunbelt in communications with customers and internal resources.
• Develop accurate project timelines and maintain project docs.
