Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals is seeking a Pump and Power Foreman to lead project setup and teardown for field deployments across North America. You will manage a crew, plan tasks, and maintain equipment while coordinating with customers and internal teams.

The role requires strong leadership, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to lift up to 100 pounds. Extensive travel is involved, with safety and quality as top priorities. Benefits are offered with competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Leadership skills with a history of success.
• Strong mechanical background.
• Basic equipment knowledge and troubleshooting: pumps, generators, distribution, A/C, heater.
• Construction background.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Basic equipment operating skills (forklift, skid loader).
• Class A CDL preferred.
• Must be able to perform physical labor and lift up to 100 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Leadership - motivate and coach team members during the project.
• Planning - create a project plan and execute with the team.
• Delegation - assign tasks to crew members to meet daily goals.
• Communication - represent Sunbelt in communications with customer and internal resources.
• Project Management - create project timelines accurately.
• Maintain tools and supplies to complete projects.
• Document projects with daily notes, logs, and progress reports.
