Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals is seeking a Pump Foreman to lead projects involving pump equipment setup, bypass pumping, generators, power distribution, and water restoration. You will oversee the crew, plan timelines, and ensure safe, efficient field operations.

The role requires strong leadership, planning and communication skills, plus the ability to manage daily tasks and documentation for each project.

Qualifications

• Leadership capability to motivate and coach the crew.
• Strong planning skills to create and execute project plans.
• Ability to delegate tasks and manage daily goals.
• Clear communication with customer and team.
• Solid project management and scheduling experience.
• Excellent time management for multiple tasks.
• Physical stamina to perform laboring duties.
• Basic operation of equipment like forklift/skid loader.
• CDL Class A is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leadership - motivating and coaching team members during the project.
• Planning - creating a project plan and executing with team members.
• Delegation - assign tasks to crew members to successfully accomplish daily goals.
• Communication - represent Sunbelt in communicating with the customer and internal resources.
• Project Management - create project timelines accurately.
• Maintain tools and necessary supplies to successfully complete projects.
• Documentation of projects from daily notes, labor logs, progress reports, and all other necessary documentation as part of the protocol for each project.
• Assist with cleanliness of shop and yard when not assigned a project.
• Assist with deliveries, pick-ups, and every day business when not assigned a project.
