Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals is seeking a Pump Foreman to lead field projects requiring setup and teardown of pump equipment, bypass pumping, generators, power distribution, A/C, and water restoration. You will oversee labor, schedule tasks, and coordinate with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities include planning, coordinating crew activities, maintaining tools, documenting progress, and ensuring safety on job sites. A CDL is preferred and physical work is required.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership skills with a history of previous success.
• Construction background and ability to manage field crews.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Basic equipment operating skills (forklift, skid steer, pumps, generators).
• Strong mechanical background related to pumping equipment and electrical/hydraulic systems.
• Class A CDL preferred.
• Must be able to perform physical labor and lift up to 100 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Leadership - motivate and coach team members on projects.
• Planning - create project plans and execute with the crew.
• Delegation - assign tasks to crew members to meet daily goals.
• Communication - represent Sunbelt with customers and internal resources.
• Project Management - develop and maintain project timelines.
• Maintain tools and supplies to complete projects.
• Document projects with notes, logs, and progress reports.
• Assist with shop/yard cleanliness when not on a project.
• Assist with deliveries, pickups, and day-to-day business when not on a project.
