Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals is seeking a Pump Foreman to lead field projects involving pump equipment setup, bypass pumping, generators, power distribution, and water restoration. You will direct a crew, plan schedules, and ensure safety and compliance on site.

You will leverage your mechanical background and leadership skills to manage daily operations, coordinate with customers, and drive project success in a fast-paced rental environment across North America.

Qualifications

• Experience leading crews on construction or pump projects.
• Ability to plan, delegate, and communicate with customers and staff.
• Physical ability to lift up to 100 pounds and perform heavy labor.
• CDL Class A preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the project crew to achieve daily goals.
• Create and follow project plans with clear timelines.
• Delegate tasks and coordinate with customer and internal resources.
• Represent Sunbelt in communications with clients and team members.
• Manage project documentation and timelines.
• Maintain tools and supplies for project execution.
• Assist with shop/yard chores and project-related deliveries.
