Job summary

Solenis is seeking an experienced Site Manager – Pulp & Paper in the Brunswick, GA area to lead commercial efforts and manage a small support team. You will develop business strategies, identify new customers, and coach two direct reports while collaborating with Corporate Accounts, Marketing, Pricing, and Applications to drive revenue.

The role requires a technical engineering background, 3–5 years in related industries, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering is required or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of industry experience in pulp & paper, industrial manufacturing, or related technical field preferred.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to work with engineering and service teams.

Responsibilities

• Develops business development strategies and annual plans for the assigned region.
• Lead, coach, and develop a small team (two direct reports).
• Sell new business and applications; manage a current sales funnel in SFDC.
• Ensure profitable accounts, monitor pricing, and drive revenue growth.
