Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 5+ years relevant industrial experience required.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.
• 5 years of experience in a Pulp & Paper/Water facility is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead local site teams in designing and implementing treatment programs.
• Conduct routine service visits and testing for effective treatment.
• Assist customers with technical issues and corrective action plans.
• Identify growth opportunities with existing and prospective accounts.
• Provide necessary training to customer personnel on treatment chemistry.
• Analyze data to ensure program performance using KPIs.
• Report safety metrics to customers.
