You will engage with customers, adjust feed levels, and help troubleshoot issues while maintaining inventory and equipment at customer sites. A technical degree and MS Office proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and work with customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine testing and monitoring at customer sites; input data and contribute to service reports.

• Manage product inventory at customer sites; coordinate deliveries and offloads.
