Solenis is seeking an experienced and driven Manager, Sales – Pulp & Paper to lead commercial efforts in the pulp and paper market from Toledo, Oregon.

You will be a strategic sales leader and hands-on people manager, supervising a small technical support team and collaborating with operations, service and engineering to deliver customer-focused solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years sales leadership experience in pulp & paper or related industry.
• Experience managing a small team of direct reports.
• Strong collaboration with engineering and service teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue and market share.
• Manage key customer relationships as a trusted commercial partner.
• Lead two direct reports: Service Technician and a Support Engineer.
• Collaborate with operations, service, and engineering to deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Monitor sales performance, forecast demand, and report on key metrics.
• Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
• Support customer visits, trials, and technical discussions.
