Solenis LLC is seeking an Area Manager to oversee a Sales and Service Team across Oregon, California, and the Southwest. You will drive profitable sales growth while prioritizing safety, efficiency, compliance, and integrity, leading cross-functional teams to deliver results.

The role requires a Bachelor's in chemical engineering or related field, 7+ years in pulp & paper chemical sales, and a proven leadership track record.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree in chemical engineering, pulp and paper science and engineering, applied sciences or engineering with relevant experience.
• Approximately 7+ years of experience in Pulp & Paper specialty chemical sales with a track record of sales success.
• Proven record of delivering results and leading teams to achieve team goals and business plan.
• Ability to build a strong team atmosphere and culture for success that drives loyalty and team spirit and diversity.
• Proactively identifies and anticipates customer requirements, expectations, and needs.
• Understands the customers' business and helps them deliver on their goals and objectives.
• Must have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, interpersonal skills and ability to manage remotely and motivate the sales team.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.

• Overall management responsibility and accountability for the P&L of an Area Sales and Service Team.
• Effectively lead the Area Teams to profitable sales growth while maintaining a focus on safety, efficiency, compliance and integrity.

• Possible Strategic or Corporate Account oversight focusing on safety, contract terminology and pricing consistency within a client's organization.
