Job summary

Solenis LLC in the United States is seeking an Area Manager responsible for the P&L of the Area Sales and Service Team. You will lead the Area Teams to achieve profitable sales growth while prioritizing safety, efficiency, compliance, and integrity.

The role covers accounts in Oregon, California, and the Southwest, with team leadership responsibilities and potential oversight of strategic or corporate accounts focusing on pricing, contract terms, and client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in chemical engineering, pulp and paper science or related engineering field.
• Approximately 7+ years of experience in Pulp & Paper specialty chemical sales with a track record of sales success.
• Proven record of delivering results and leading teams to achieve goals and business plan.
• Ability to build a strong team atmosphere and culture for success that drives loyalty, team spirit and diversity.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Area Sales and Service Team P&L and drive profitable sales growth with emphasis on safety, efficiency, compliance and integrity.
• Collaborate with adjacent teams and oversee strategic or corporate accounts focusing on safety, contract terms and pricing within clients' organizations.
