Job summary

Solenis LLC is seeking an experienced Site Manager – Pulp & Paper to lead commercial efforts in the Brunswick, GA area. You will oversee a small technical support team, develop business strategies, and drive revenue growth while collaborating with the broader commercial group.

The role requires a technical degree and 3–5 years in relevant industries, plus a valid driver’s license. A company vehicle is provided for travel and strong leadership is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years experience in pulp & paper, industrial manufacturing, or related technical industry.
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.

Responsibilities

• Develops business development strategies and plans for assigned area.
• Lead and develop a team of two direct reports: Service Technician and Sales Representative.
• Sell new business and applications in territory; manage profitability and pricing.
• Establish and maintain a current sales funnel in SFDC and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
