Formación

• BSN required.
• At least 1 year RN experience at hire.
• Registered Nurse license valid for TX at hire.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.
• Demonstrated competence per RN I expectations or equivalent experience.

Responsabilidades

• Patient assessment and holistic nursing care; notify physicians of changes.
• Develop and evaluate individualized care plans with education and discharge planning.
• Prepare patients for procedures; implement orders and safety protocols.
• Reassess patient responses and adjust care as needed.
• Communicate updates and handoffs clearly during shifts.
• Maintain a safe environment and contribute to quality initiatives.
