Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assessment: admissions and ongoing evaluation of patient's condition with nursing care.
• Planning: design and document plan of care and discharge goals with family teaching.
• Implementation: prepare patients for treatments and report changes to team/physician.
• Evaluation: reassess and modify care for changing patient needs.
• Report skills: bedside shift report including family participation and handover.
