Baylor St. Luke’s Medical Center in Houston, Texas, seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver compassionate, high-quality care within a dynamic interdisciplinary team. Qualifications

• BSN required and RN experience (1 year)
• TX RN license upon hire
• BLS/CPR within 14 days of hire
• ACLS within 6 months of hire

Responsabilités

• Assessment: admission and ongoing assessment of patient’s condition.
• Planning: design and document plan of care, patient and family teaching, discharge planning.
• Implementation: prepare patients for treatments, report significant changes to team/physician, follow safety protocols.
• Evaluation: reassess after interventions and update care plan as needed.
• Report Skills: provide and receive bedside reports for continuity of care.
