Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing is required.
• Minimum of 1 year RN experience at hire.
• BLS/CPR within 14 days; ACLS and PALS within 6 months.

Responsabilités

• Assess patient condition and provide nursing care.
• Plan, implement and document the plan of care and teaching.
• Prepare patients for treatments, surgeries, and tests.
• Reassess and adjust care based on patient needs.
• Provide bedside reporting and ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain safety and report hazards promptly.
