Biodesix is seeking a Sales Consultant - Pulmonary for the San Diego, CA area. You will lead adoption of Biodesix products, work directly with physicians and providers, and mentor Associate Sales Consultants while driving market growth in pulmonary care.

The role requires 4+ years in medical or diagnostic sales, strong leadership and communication skills, CRM proficiency, and willingness to travel up to 70%. A Bachelor's degree is required; advanced degree is a plus.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of sales experience in medical or diagnostic territory
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• CRM proficiency and MS Office experience
• Valid U.S. driver’s license; ability to travel up to 70%
• Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree preferred
• Sales experience in pulmonary, oncology, or related fields is desirable

Responsabilités

• Lead the adoption of Biodesix products by working with physicians and healthcare providers in an assigned territory
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive market growth and product adoption
• Mentor and guide Associate Sales Consultants (ASCs)
• Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare providers, and decision-makers in the pulmonary field
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product improvements and address customer needs
• Provide exemplary customer service and promptly resolve any issues
• Accurately track and report on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM tools
