Job summary

Integrity-Pulmonary-Specialist-LLC is seeking a dynamic Clinic Operations & Business Development Manager to lead our pulmonary practice in a hybrid capacity. You will split time between internal clinic operations and external market expansion, building relationships with local facilities and driving field referrals while occasionally supporting clinical tasks as a Medical Assistant.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of healthcare management and marketing experience, with a proven track record in healthcare business development or medical sales.
• Deep understanding of pulmonary medicine, respiratory therapy, or rehabilitation facility ecosystems is a strong plus.
• Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems, medical billing software, and CRM/sales tracking tools.
• Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills; highly adaptable to a dynamic environment.
• Travel: Reliable transportation required for daily local travel to field marketing and relationship-building meetings.

Responsibilities

• Field Referral Generation: Drive new patient referrals from PCPs, hospitals, and specialists.
• Relationship Management: Build and deepen ties with rehab centers, SNFs, and LTACHs.
• Market Evaluations: Analyze markets to identify new geographic or clinical growth opportunities.
• Brand Ambassadorship: Represent the clinic at community events and healthcare fairs.
• Daily Operations: Oversee front- and back-office workflows for efficiency and patient experience.
• Staff Leadership: Supervise, schedule, and mentor admin and clinical support staff.
• Financial Oversight: Manage billing workflows, vendor relations, and office budgets.
• Process Improvement: Optimize scheduling and EHR workflows to reduce wait times.
