Thrive Health Systems in Colorado Springs is seeking a seasoned Business Manager to run the business side of our clinics. You will own the clinic’s full P&L, budgeting, forecasting, schedules, systems, standards, and non-clinical team leadership.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in senior management, ideally across multiple departments or locations.
• Healthcare experience is a plus, not a prerequisite.
• Financial fluency: budgets, forecasts, and reporting.
• Ability to develop people and build teams.
• Data-driven decisions with clear communication.
• Degree in business, healthcare administration, or finance preferred; experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead people who care, recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team with accountability and excellence.
• Own the numbers: budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting with accurate records.
• Run the operation: streamline processes, fix inefficiencies, and establish best practices.
