Job summary

Audiochuck, LLC in Indianapolis is seeking an experienced QC & Publishing Ops Manager to lead the publishing lifecycle across podcast, video, VOD, and streaming platforms.

You will mentor two coordinators, optimize content delivery workflows, and ensure accuracy and platform compliance while partnering with cross-functional teams.

This is a hands-on leadership role focused on process, standards, and advocacy aligned with Audiochuck's mission.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in QC/publishing operations or media operations at a digital media company or streaming service.
• 3+ years of people management leading a small team.
• Hands-on delivery management across podcast hosting, AVOD/FAST distribution.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop two coordinators with regular 1:1s and growth support.
• Own content distribution across platforms like Simplecast, Tubi, and FAST channels.
• Set publishing standards, SOPs, and QC checklists for all deliverables.
• Partner with post-production, editorial, marketing, web, and engineering.
• Report on platform performance and delivery quality metrics.
