Audiochuck seeks a hands-on YouTube leader to build and grow our video audience in Indianapolis. You’ll supervise daily operations, shape long-term strategy, and ensure editorial quality across episodes, Shorts, thumbnails, and descriptions.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience growing and running YouTube channels at a publisher, newsroom, podcast network, or other content company.
4+ years of people management, ideally building or scaling a team.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams while hitting audience growth goals.

Responsibilities

Execute and be accountable for delivering on the long-term YouTube channel strategy.
Own the annual YouTube operating plan, publishing cadence, growth targets, and benchmarks.
Lead launches of new channels and manage day-to-day channel execution.
Design tests of formats and features, scale successful ideas, and prune underperformers.
Own audience growth, channel optimization, and cross-channel promotion.
Manage budget, vendors, and the YouTube contractor roster.
