Job summary

Audiochuck in Indianapolis, Indiana, seeks a Director of YouTube to lead daily operations and long-term strategy across our YouTube channels. You will shape packaging, publishing, and audience growth while upholding the brand's ethical storytelling standards.

You'll own the annual operating plan, manage the YouTube budget, mentor the Channel Manager and Producer, and collaborate with production and revenue teams to maximize impact and reach.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience growing and running YouTube channels at a publisher or similar.
• 4+ years of people management experience.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and hit growth goals.

Responsibilities

• Execute and deliver on long-term YouTube channel strategy.
• Own annual YouTube operating plan and benchmarks.
• Lead planning and business cases for new channel launches.
• Direct scheduling, publishing, and platform management.
• Test formats and scale successful approaches.
• Coach talent from pilots to ongoing series.
