Audiochuck in Indianapolis is seeking an experienced QC & Publishing Ops Manager to lead the department responsible for publishing across podcast, video, VOD, and streaming platforms.

You will manage two coordinators, define workflows, and partner with post-production, editorial, marketing, web, and engineering to ensure on-time, accurate content delivery while upholding publishing standards.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in QC and publishing operations, digital distribution, or media operations.
• Proven ability to develop and lead a small team in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience delivering content across podcast hosting, AVOD (e.g., Tubi) and FAST/linear channels.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop two coordinators with regular 1:1s and growth planning.
• Define roles, workflows, and standards to ensure accountability and minimize duplication.
• Own content distribution across platforms and ensure timely, accurate deliveries.
• Set and enforce QC standards for final audio and video deliverables.
• Collaborate with post-production, editorial, marketing, web, and engineering.
• Report on platform performance metrics and drive continuous improvements.
