We are seeking a results‑driven Director of Publisher Development to lead our expansion into the US Mid‑Market segment.
This role focuses on independent media companies and digital publishers with established teams. You will own the full sales cycle and build a strong book of business across the US market.
This is a true hunter role requiring pipeline creation, consultative selling, and programmatic credibility with sophisticated publishers.
Identify and close publishers ready to scale their monetisation strategy. Position Publift as the strategic revenue partner for their next growth phase.
Prospect, qualify, negotiate, and close new business. Consistently meet or exceed new revenue targets.
Run deep discovery conversations to understand monetisation challenges, yield strategy gaps, and operational constraints. Translate Publift’s ad management, header bidding, analytics, and revenue optimisation services into clear financial outcomes.
Represent Publift at industry events, publisher roundtables, and programmatic forums across the US.
Use Salesforce, SalesLoft, and other intelligence tools to manage deal flow, forecast accurately, and maintain pipeline hygiene.
Partner with Onboarding, Yield, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless go‑live execution and long‑term revenue growth for new partners.
You will directly shape Publift’s US growth trajectory.
