Responsibilities

Manage construction projects with a general contractor that wins/performs NYC public works projects from early planning through completion.
Set project plans, priorities, and timelines to guide delivery.
Coordinate day-to-day project activities across construction workstreams.
Track project progress and address issues that may affect schedules or scope.
Work with project stakeholders to confirm requirements and next steps.
Maintain clear project records and status updates throughout each phase.
Monitor deliverables to keep work aligned with agreed project plans.
