Job summary

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of experience managing NYC DDC or similar public infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of DDC contract structure, reporting requirements, and documentation procedures.
• OSHA 30 required; NYC DDC and NYSDOT experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution from award through completion.
• Oversee DDC-specific documentation including daily reports, RFIs, submittals.
• Lead progress meetings with agency representatives and internal stakeholders.
