Qualifications

• Experience managing public works construction projects with a general contractor from planning through delivery.
• Experience building and maintaining project schedules and tracking milestones.
• Ability to coordinate multiple project activities and priorities.
• Clear communication skills for sharing project updates and action items.
• Experience maintaining project records and reviewing project information.
• Ability to identify project issues and coordinate practical next steps.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate construction project plans, schedules, and day-to-day activities to keep work on track.
• Monitor project milestones and share clear status updates with relevant stakeholders.
• Work with project teams to address issues that affect scope, timing, or delivery.
• Track project tasks and follow up on outstanding actions to support timely completion.
• Review project information and maintain accurate records throughout the construction process.
• Coordinate communication among project participants to support clear decisions and next steps.
• Help manage project priorities as construction activities progress.
