You will manage NYSCA/public projects, ensure on-time delivery within budget, coordinate with teams and stakeholders, and maintain comprehensive project documentation while upholding safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with NYSCA/public projects with an MEP focus.
• Manage HVAC projects within construction; on-time, within budget.
• Strong communication with teams and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with resource management and project tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage HVAC projects to ensure timely completion and budget adherence.
• Coordinate with teams, contractors, and stakeholders to align goals and deliverables.
• Oversee daily operations with safety and quality compliance.
• Monitor project progress and address delays.
• Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation and reports.
• Communicate updates and milestones to relevant stakeholders.
• Manage project resources including materials, equipment, and labor.
• Ensure work adheres to regulations and client specifications.
