Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or similar from an accredited institution.
• 10+ years of building construction experience.
• 5+ years of Project Management experience on multiple projects.
• Experience/knowledge with Job Order Contracting (JOC) or pricing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, monitor, and control project budget, costs, and projections.
• Ensure procurement of materials and requisition of equipment and labor resources.
• Negotiate changes to the scope of work with the client and subcontractors.
• Participate in negotiations with regulatory agencies and public meetings.
• Monitor construction process and maintain schedule within budget.
