Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Three years of experience, including one year in dispatch operations.
• Ability to perform data entry with accuracy and maintain records.
• Knowledge of City geography and local procedures.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Answers incoming phone calls; determines the nature of the call for service; enters call into work order system.
• Dispatches appropriate division to address the request.
• Follows up with residents as applicable.
• Data entries, clears and maintains records for all service requests.
• Maintains confidentiality of work-related issues and City information.
