Job summary

Pacific Pros is hiring multiple Construction Managers to serve as Owner's representatives on City Improvement Construction Projects in Los Angeles. This on‑site role requires extensive experience with Greenbook, LA/BOE practices, and public agency project delivery.

You will coordinate with City departments, manage schedules and budgets, and lead field activities while ensuring contract compliance and rapid issue resolution on active projects.

Qualifications

• Registered CA PE or CCM with minimum 10 years in construction management.
• Min 2 years in street improvement/mobility construction with utilities relocation.
• Experience with BOE Project Delivery Manual and public agency coordination.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Owner's representative for City Improvement Construction Projects.
• Oversee site construction activities, coordination with City forces and contractors.
• Maintain construction docs, issue minutes, and manage schedules and budgets.
