You will prepare workshop materials, track requests, coordinate meetings, and streamline workflows, including dashboards and reporting, with heavy interaction across city agencies and contractors. On-site work is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 15 years of professional experience.
• Ability to prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with multiple agencies at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process forms for signatures and distribute them to contacts.
• Maintain and update agendas with dates, permits, and expirations.
• Coordinate stakeholder reviews and approvals.
