Job summary

Pacific Pros seeks a Construction Manager I/II to oversee on-site construction activities, contract administration, and coordination with designers, builders, and stakeholders in major infrastructure projects. You will ensure compliance with plans, budgets, and schedules, while providing leadership and mentorship to staff.

The role requires extensive experience in public works construction, familiarity with Greenbook/Caltrans standards, and the ability to manage complex programs across multiple

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years CM I or 10 years CM II construction management experience.
• Licensed professional or CCM.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of Greenbook or Caltrans specifications.
• Experience on airport projects valued at >$100M.

Responsibilities

• Monitor on-site field construction activities and ensure work follows plans.
• Develop overall construction planning with milestones and priorities.
• Prepare progress reports and dashboards for senior management.
• Coordinate with Design/Builder, stakeholders, and sponsors.
• Identify risks and implement corrective actions to protect schedules and budgets.
