Job summary

Pacific Pros in Alhambra, CA, seeks a Construction Manager I or II to serve as Owner's representative for horizontal public works with LA County Public Works. The role emphasizes construction administration, inspection, and delivery leadership on large-scale projects.

The ideal candidate has CM experience on major public works, strong communication, and the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams across field and office locations. Hybrid/onsite arrangements may apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years CM experience for CM I or 10 years for CM II in horizontal infrastructure.
• Experience with airport/concourse or large public works projects favored.
• Licensed professional or CCM is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor on-site construction activities to ensure schedule and quality.
• Lead meetings with stakeholders and prepare summaries for leadership.
• Coordinate with Design/Builder and sponsors to manage change.
• Ensure compliance with Greenbook/Caltrans standards and contract requirements.
• Provide independent observations and recommendations on PMD standards.
