Qualifications

Minimum 5 years (CM I) or 10 years (CM II) of construction management experience managing horizontal infrastructure projects.
Must have a minimum of 3 references from current public agency employees.
Licensed professional or Certified Construction Manager (CCM).
Education background in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Effective oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Serve as Owner's representative for horizontal public works projects.
Lead onboarding sessions for CMs and Inspectors, aligning with PMD III requirements.
Identify process gaps and recommend standardized procedures and templates.
Prepare reports, dashboards, and briefing materials for senior management and sponsors.
Coordinate with Design/Builder, sponsors, stakeholders, and LAWA for project delivery.
