Pacific Pros seeks an experienced Construction Manager I/II in the Los Angeles area to serve as the Owner's representative for major public works projects. The role requires on-site presence with occasional remote work options and collaboration across County staff, consultants, and stakeholders.

You will oversee construction activities, ensure compliance with plans and specs, monitor budgets and staffing, and support process improvements across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in horizontal infrastructure construction management is required.
• Must have knowledge of Greenbook or Caltrans specifications.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Serve as Owner's representative on construction projects.
• Lead on-going portfolio reviews, reporting and performance analyses.
• Coordinate with Design/Builder, sponsors, LAWA Operations and other partners.
