Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
• Two and one-half years of professional work experience with analytical tasks and report writing.
• At least one year of professional work with significant public contact.
• Driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Public Utilities Commission for an assigned county-wide district.
• Conduct field visits with utility/transportation companies and respond to customer complaints.
• Conduct fact finding, resolve problems locally or recommend disposition to the PUC.
• Prepare and submit reports; liaison with State, municipal, and other agencies and the public.
