Responsibilities

• Analyze utility proposals, examine accounting practices and recorded costs, forecast data and recommend actions.
• Research, write reports and testify in CPUC proceedings; coordinate with project teams and assist with presentations.
• Coordinate with other California agencies and respond to other parties.
