Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical field.
• 8+ years of experience in technology infrastructure, including 5+ years deploying workloads in Azure Commercial Cloud or AWS.
• Proficient with compute, network, and storage components.
• Experience supporting Microsoft O365 Cloud, Exchange, Intune, Azure, and related Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Create and update cloud environment configurations for Azure and AWS workloads.
• Design and build automation platforms using CloudFormation or Terraform.
• Develop automated processes with PowerShell, Python, and shell scripting.
• Coordinate change and release activities for mail and mobile device management services.
• Handle RBAC, permissions, distribution groups, and overall system availability.
• Assess performance, licensing, and capacity to recommend solutions to leadership.
• Participate in on-call rotations to ensure continuous operations.
• Collaborate with development teams on workload solution architecture.
• Maintain system documentation and SOPs.
