Job summary

State of Georgia, Department of Human Services, seeks a dedicated Child Support Services Agent 1 in Morrow, GA. Under supervision, you will establish and enforce child support obligations, coordinate with legal and public partners, and manage a caseload to ensure timely service.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree from an accredited college or university.
• High school diploma/GED and one year of direct job-related experience.

Responsibilities

• Registers child support applications, validate locations and establish paternity.
• Coordinates child support activities with legal, judicial and public organizations.
• Establishes child support obligations and ensures that such obligations are met.
• Communicates with clients via telephone, email, and direct contact to ensure obligations are met.
• Manages a caseload to ensure compliance with Same Day Service Standard SOP.
• Performs other professional responsibilities as assigned.
