Georgia Department of Human Services is seeking a Child Support Services Agent 1 in Morrow, GA. This entry-level role supports the Division of Child Support Services (DCSS) by registering applications, establishing paternity, and coordinating with legal and public agencies to ensure timely child support obligations.

Qualificações

• Associate’s degree preferred for the role.
• High school diploma/GED plus one year of direct job-related experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Registers child support applications, validate locations and establish paternity.
• Coordinates child support activities with legal, judicial and public organizations.
• Establishes child support obligations and ensures that such obligations are met.
• Communicate with clients via telephone, email, and direct contact to ensure obligations are met.
• Manages a caseload to meet the Same Day Service Standard of Operating Procedure.
• Performs other professional responsibilities as assigned.
