Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or HS diploma with relevant experience as specified in the job posting.
• Direct job-related experience preferred for the agent level.
• Advanced education or equivalent experience may substitute for the required experience.

Responsibilities

• Establishes child support obligations and ensures that such obligations are met.
• Communicates with clients and other constituents via telephone, email, correspondence and direct contact to ensure that support obligations are met.
• Manages a caseload to ensure that child support obligations are met.
• Performs other professional responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.

Education

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university

High school diploma/GED and two (2) years of direct job-related experience

One (1) year of experience at the lower-level Child Support Services Agent 1 (SST060) or position equivalent
