Job summary

EY US is seeking qualified professionals to help federal, state, and local agencies manage programs and projects. You will join the Transformation Risk Team and apply PM knowledge across integration, scope, time, cost, and quality domains, working with multidisciplinary teams.

You will gain access to robust PM training, opportunities to mentor staff, and travel to client sites as needed, with EY’s hybrid model supporting in-person collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering or business; 2+ years of consulting or relevant industry experience.
• At least one year leading teams on engagements.
• Experience with PM software such as MS Project or Oracle Primavera and MS SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead collaborative project engagements with government clients.
• Collect and analyze data to develop innovative recommendations.
• Deliver high-quality client services and maintain stakeholder relationships.
• Stay current on business trends relevant to clients’ needs and learn from senior resources.
• Communicate improvements from EY’s portfolio and project management methodologies.
• Mentor staff and contribute to competency development within the team.
